Ms. Jaymi Cohen is passionate about neurodiversity and full, meaningful inclusion, and she aims to increase employment and education opportunities for people with disabilities. As a Consultant with Public Consulting Group, Inc (PCG), Ms. Cohen works with various government health and human services agencies across the U.S. predominately in strategic planning, research, data and policy analysis, and training.
Ms. Cohen began her career working directly with children and adolescents with disabilities and their families. She then served as the Constituent Services Specialist for the City of Boston Mayor’s Commission for Persons with Disabilities. In this role, Ms. Cohen managed disability programs and services throughout the city. She collaborated with various organizations in the behavioral health, education, transportation, housing, and employment fields, and she analyzed federal, state, and local disability policies.
Ms. Cohen holds a master’s degree from the Harvard Graduate School of Education, where her studies focused on child advocacy, special education and disability policy. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Spanish Language and Literature and Psychology from Tufts University.
